Can anybody help with this issue? My note 9 has a yellow higher color box on my screen?

My note 9 has a yellow higher box on my screen? Of you ask me it looks like the phone over charged the battery and left an imprint of the battery on the screen.

What do you mean by "higher box"?
I'm not familiar with that term.
