My problem with this is .I am with t mobile and I needed another phone because of the 2nd note7 recall.I preordered the V20 over the phone with customer service on Mon 10/17.we I ordered the phone I did notice ow about the 200 exchange .the CS rep did not say anything .so I received the phone wed 19th.I spoke with t force and the only way I could get the credit would be forme to return my current V20 under buyers remorse.then buy a new V20 and could do the exchange .I have an att note4.I don't want to do this.I
