My problem with this is .I am with t mobile and I needed another phone because of the 2nd note7 recall.I preordered the V20 over the phone with customer service on Mon 10/17.we I ordered the phone I did notice ow about the 200 exchange .the CS rep did not say anything .so I received the phone wed 19th.I spoke with t force and the only way I could get the credit would be forme to return my current V20 under buyers remorse.then buy a new V20 and could do the exchange .I have an att note4.I don't want to do this.I

I am tired of setting up phones.I spoke with manager he agreed to credit me 100.00 .on top of other credits from them for accessories.Samsungs credits for my 2 returned notes .another 25.00 for my governor shipping of the v20.now I don't have to go to the hassle of returning my v20 etc.what a pain this whole process has been.I did register for my head phones today.

OK, my confusion is over with, and I am all better now :-D

I walked into an AT&T store and said "I pre-ordered a V20, and can't figure out how to claim my $200 trade-in". He took care of it.

I don't know why their offer details say "Buy a new LG V20 on att.com and activate eligible service, and we’ll email you a promo code for a $200 or more trade-in credit for your eligible trade-in phone."

I can confirm that I gave sprint an old G2 in good condition and got the $200 credit toward my bill within the next 2 months it will show up I was told.

Can you use the credit towards accessories?

They are correct about the $200 trade in but JOD is eligible for the headphones.

That is correct, I registered for the headphones yesterday. I had the Note 7 so no rebate for me either but that's OK with me.
