Can calls be blocked on a Droid Razr M and how?

I am receiving about 14 telemarketer calls a day and I want to be able to block and continue to block those #'s and have them stop calling me.

Welcome to Android Central! Log into your My Verizon account on the web--there should be some options there to add selected phone numbers to your block list. Or you could try one of the many call blocker apps on Google Play, like Mr. Number.
