This comment here makes perfect sense, and I truly wish to believe it - However, Ive also read in here that one had to actually give up their Note 7 and WAIT until they got a replacement one in from Samsung for them! That is total BS and how is that good Customer Service?
To simply place your name and info on a contact / wait list, and hold onto the Note 7 you have now until it comes in, would be a perfect world. Has any Best Buy customer with this scenario had to actually turn theirs in - or been allowed to hold onto it? Someone PLEASE clear this up for us??
