Can I get some help with a weird S4 update glitch?

Weird S4 Update Glitch

I just updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 to 5.0.1. Now I get this weird notification/memo (In the picture). I am not sure what I do. I have restarted my phone, but it still keeps coming back. It appears about every 20 minutes. My phone model number is SGH-I337M If that helps

I've never seen that one (but my S4 is no longer my daily driver). I'm guessing it may be due to the KNOX security software. I'd recommend backing up as much information as possible to a PC (include photos, files, etc that you want to keep). You can use the app SMS Backup and Restore to back up your SMS messages to an SD card or to the cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, and others). Once you have everything backed up and saved somewhere OFF the phone, do a full factory reset.

THIS WILL WIPE ALL DATA AND APPS FROM YOUR PHONE. Please - triple check to make sure you have everything saved somewhere safe. Remove the SD card as well before doing the reset.

Hopefully there's an easier solution - without knowing what's triggering the warning, it's difficult to offer a different solution. Hopefully someone can give you better guidance!

I have tried a factory reset 2 times and it still doesn't help. Any other solutions?
