can i keep a single a/c for all my(3 in all) samsung android devices?

[AC Question]

Sir(s) I have three samsung Android mobiles and using two devices with single google a/c. Some time back due to phone problem, I removed google play services from one of my device. When I tried to reinstall/restore, 1. the google play store, 2. install/uninstall, 3. downloads, are not at all responding; but always with a pop up message "unless you update play store" the other google apps won't work. I tried several times the update button, play store app appears and disappears immediately.

Did I made my point clear?

I'm not sure how you removed play services unless you are rooted.

Is the problem you are having on the device you removed play services?
If so, perform a factory reset.
