Can i re-install the current version of software (4.2.2) again ? (without root)

i have some problems like i can't send images through whatsapp and can send files through Bluetooth too
so i was wondering if i can re-install the current version for my software official without root , is there's official application for that ?

Samsung devices use an application called Odin to load official/unofficial software updates. You would have to locate a specific " tar " package for your Galaxy Grand based on whichever version of Android you wish to flash to. This wouldn't require root but it would wipe/erase your device when completed.
