Sprint can't tell u are using hotspot without paying just by browsing websites. The way they can tell is mass amounts of data being sent from an xboxlive server. Well, your phone cannot be used for gaming on xbox live, therefore u must be routing a computer with your device.
It's really common sense if u think about it. If u don't use tons of data then no red flag. Just limit your use of channeling 100's of gb's.
