Can this fone do talk texting instead of having to type everything ?

texting is new to me and i have difficulty with the keyboard, on my sister's iphone all she has to do is talk and it converts it to type and then she just hits send and away it goes. can my Galaxy J3(6) do that ?

You could install a keyboard that adds that capability. I use Swype, it has that option. I believe the Google keyboard does as well. Also, if your phone has Marshmallow or Nougat, you could use Google Assistant, just say "ok google, send text message to x" then when prompted dictate the text message.
