Using the stock android browser, if you scroll slow enough that the zoom control disappears your next touch will cause it to jump to the top.

If you use dolphin, you can't scroll at all!

Is this a browser error or what?

Glad you posted this. When I go to the Bets Buy site (in Dolphin) it does the same thing. I can't read the lower portion of the page without it jumping back to the top.
