Cancelled Order

Earlier today I bought a Nexus 4 from the play store with 3-5 day shipping and within 5 minutes I regretted it and cancelled it. I then tried to buy a Nexus with 2 day shipping but my card was declined due to insufficient funds due to the first purchase already going through. Sooooo I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long it will take Google to refund my moneys so I can get ma Nexus

I had a similar situation where I ordered and cancelled a s4 gpe. Then tried to order a Nexus 4 immediately afterwards. The n4 was declined due to a fraud alert. I gave my card a call and cleared the hold. I was then able to immediately order the nexus without issue.
