Cannot access all photographs on Galaxy A10 with PC?

My wife showed me the photographs on her phone that she wants me to use in making a birthday card for my grandson. When I connect the phone to my PC and select Camera>DCIM folder I can only find 3 of the seven photographs that she wants. I check Card>DCIM folder and the photographs are not there either. She has not got a Samsung Cloud account, so I don't know how to find these remaining photographs. I suppose my wife could email the individual photos to me but I would desperately like to be able to access them via my PC. I've never had this problem with any other phones that we've had in the past - Nokia and Sony.

Open the one of the pictures you require on her phone, then select properties. You can then check the file path to assertain the exact location.

Welcome to Android Central! Disconnect the phone from the computer, then use the gallery app on the phone to select the photo, and then select the Details/Info option for the photo. What directory pathname does it say the photo is located in?
