Cannot fetch license error code 811

I added credit to my Google play account and tried to watch a tv show I downloaded for free. It said cannot fetch license error 811 it also did this for all my other things like ice age and planet earth, they came pre installed. How do I fix this issue, because I would really like to be able to watch things again.
