Cannot log in, system does not recognize my name, password or email address.

This is unbelievably frustrating. It's as if the AC system does not recognize any part of who I am, and I've been on the AC Forum,in good standing, for eleven years. AMD yes, I have cleared all caches, cleaned cache partition, rebooted a number of times and followed all the instructions. Please advise.
