Cant get Hikvision Conect app to work with the Samsung Galaxy 8?

Friday i installed a Hikvision CCTV System into a home in York and every thing was going well until the part I tried to activate the mobile viewing on the Samsung 8 and everything went wrong. Hikvision has been closed and iv been bvack yesterday and still cant get it on.

Is there any compatibility problems with Samsung and Hikvision to anyone's knowledge?
