I was trying to apply an individual ringtone to one of my contacts. I did it this way:
I go to contacts. Click View Contact. Click Menu, then Options-> Ringtones.
When I click on a ringtone, it plays the Ringtone and the appropriate radio button stays highlighted. But when I click OK the list of ringtones closes and it says Default under Ringtone.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?
I tried this for other contacts and had the same result :(
Thanks,
Craig
Otherwise I love this thing (Of course I came from a Storm 1)

Its working for me just as you described. Not sure why yours would be doing that. Are you selecting some custom ringtones or using built-in ones? I selected one that I added and know to work.

I am an idiot. I just realized I had DejaOffice for syncing with outlook. I changed the ringtone in Deja Office contacts and it changed it automatically in the regular contacts list. Sorry for taking up space.

Meh.. its worth posting. I'm sure you're not the only one that will run into this. You may be the first... but not the last :)
