Can't Hear when making calls.

When I switched the chip from my t-mobile phone, the chip didn't fit so I carefully cut the chip to where the important part is not damaged and then it worked but I noticed I can only send messages. Whenever I make a call or receive a call the other person and myself can't hear. What do I do?

Get a new sim. You may have inavertedly damaged it during cutting.
