Cant turn off talkback, galaxy note10+

I turned on TalkBack to read aloud on Kindle book, just to try it out. With trial and error, mostly error, I got to the right book and page, and with a swipe it started continuous reading, for that page only. I can't turn the page, or anything else. I need to turn TalkBack off so I can use my phone. If I turn the phone on, it starts talking and I can't stop it. I can't get to Settings. HELP!

Ask Bixby or Google Assistant to turn off Talkback.

Try safe mode if you can get to settings>general management>reset >reset accessibility
