can't turn on 4g on evo 4glte

Can anyone tell me how to turn on 4g on the evo 4glte from SPRINT.

The original evo uses wimax for its 4G. The evo 4Glte uses lte for its 4G, and I'm not with Sprint but as far as I know they havent rolled out lte yet. That's why you can't get 4g and she can
