Can't turn on Allow Mock location in Developer option

Is there any other way to turn on Allow mock location in Developer option? I tried to tick the option within the developer option but whenever I press the back button, the option automatically untick. Any reason why this happen?
I'm currently using Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos with stock ROM.:'(

Did you actually CHOOSE another app to use to Mock your location? Or did you just turn on the switch?
I am guessing you are trying to Mess with Pokemon Go. Don't bother, doesn't work unless you root and if you do
get one that works, ie FlyGPS, you will be banned
