Can't update to sense 6 (M7) AT&T

I am currently running sense 5. When i check for updates, it says "No update is available at this time". This has occured
ever since the update came out. Are there any solutions to fix this?

i have heard folks say that they can get the update from HTC.

Go to the AT&T store.. Ask them for a new Sim card.. It shouldn't cost you a dime. Tell them your signal is weak or something if they give you a hard time. When they activate it and you turn it on check for it again.. It will pop up. This happened to me after not getting kitkat... Got a new Sim card a viola.. Like a charm. I don't know why this is but it has worked for tons of people. Since I found out..
