Captivate shutting down randomly

Captivate shutting down randomly 3-4 times a day. Just got it Saturday and it has done it everyday now. Friend of mine had the same problem and got a replacement. Is this a known issue? Should I get a replacement?

Yes, there are tons of threads in this forum that discuss this issue. If it continues, the only solution is to get a new one.

If your in the 30 days, replace it, should be NO hassles. Happened to me on my first one...I have been on my 2nd one and constantly am changing the OS and running NO problems.
