Carrying your phone

While I’m at work and I have to suit it up, inner jacket pocket. But at home or out and about, rear pocket all day every day

Anyone else rocking it nude in their pockets?
This the first phone in a long time I've been able to go case-less. I appreciate the sightly rougher feeling backside for some grip. Feels really good and slips in and out of pockets much easier. (smallerP2)

I use it in my left front pocket by itself. I have a thin case but it slides in and out easily but only when I want it to. Now when I'm wearing a dress without pocket (HELLO, dress manufacturers...we want POCKETS!), then I struggle just walking around with it in my hand or slipping it into my purse.

Pixel 2 XL 128
Left front pants pocket with screen facing in.
Absolutely only thing ever kept in that pocket.
Over 15 years with never a scratched screen on any phone.

Left front pocket is only for the phone. Front right is wallet, I only pocket my keys when I have to and usually pull whatever key I need off the ring and put it with the wallet. Never anything except maybe a receipt or something I can't feel in the back. I hate sitting on my things.

Party of why I went back to smaller phones again is because they fit comfortably in my front pocket when I sit and the bigger phones don't so I would often take them out when I sat.

Left front pocket, or left side pocket depending on jeans style. The screen facing in , nothing else in pocket. I'm right handed

I carry my phone in an inside zipper compartment in my purse. So it's safe and not able to get scratched.

Right front pocket with wallet. Keys/coins/knife/pen - everything else, really - goes in the left front.

keep mine in rear pocket , stand up mostly at work . last time I kept my phone in front pockets it was my iPhone was playing with kids and must of hit something chasing them found a cracked screen when I pulled it out .

There is a dedicated phone pocket on the right leg of the Cabela's NoGa slim leg pants that I always wear (P2 fits perfectly!) ... phone upside down and facing my leg, nothing else in the pocket. If I'm wearing a dress I carry the phone in a pocket of my purse, with nothing else, but I hate that as it's hard to get it out in a hurry when it rings. I always use a case & screen protector, and I love my phone ring on the back of my case!

My phone goes in one front pants pocket, only soft stuff goes in that same pocket. Keys, knife, flashlight go in the other front pocket. Nothing in the back pockets.
What gripes me is I use my phone in my left hand. My Pixel 2 reads only my right index fingerprint. Soooo frustrating!
Wow you guys carrying around knives!! In the UK that is an offence and you can be arrested for having a knife on you at all.

I carry mine in an outer pocket of whichever handbag (sorry but a purse is what you put your money and bank cards into! And a wallet is for men!) I am using. The current one has 2 pockets so I use one for my mobile phones and the other for a tobacco tin (until I quit smoking again!)

I am curious how people carry their phone. When I'm out my left-hand pocket on my pants has my money, coins and money clip. My right-hand pocket carries my pocket knife and sometimes my camera lens in a protective bag.

I would never stick my Pixel 2 in a back pocket but my right-hand pocket usually has my wallet.

So, do you put your phone in your pocket with other stuff or do you keep one pocket empty just for your phone? Or, some other option.

Left pocket with nothing else... always. Car key, wallet and lip balm in my left with my pocket knife. No case face towards leg.
