Oh that's pretty! But does it protect?
I will find out after I get it and let you know. I will return it (no matter how nice it looks) if it isn't going to protect my phone.

I love these threads! Keep the suggestions coming!
I've tested the CaseBorne cases for the past several Galaxy phones and also purchased quite a few from Amazon on my own. They're quality cases, I highly recommend them.
Seeing more and more "MagSafe" style cases popping up for the S23 devices. Anyone ever use anything like these, outside of iPhone? How well do they work on Samsung/Android devices? I might have to consider one.

Speaking of Magsafe, here is a case from UAG that supposedly uses kevlar and has a 25 (!) ft drop test. It's supposed to be Magsafe compatible. It looks good and certainly seems tough but I believe the price tag on this is $99 which I think is a bit much over the top. Does Kevlar cost that much? Also,why are the first two camera holes attached to make one hole? lol View attachment 351045View attachment 351046

anyone found a really great minimalist clear case please?
i need such a case in order to stick a Popsocket to the back. Popsockets don't adhere to the glass backs.
thanks.
@fuzzylumpkin: VERY much appreciated!May I recommend the PopSockets slide stretch grip? it's spring loaded and works by gripping the side of the case rather than adhesives.
Same! I am still undecided which case but have it narrowed down. I wish the commuter had a cute colored case with designs to match the Lavender.
My wife has this on her iPhone, and so does my brother on his. Seems like the grip is designed for iPhone though. I may have to swipe my wife's iPhone to see how it fits on my N20U to get an idea.May I recommend the PopSockets slide stretch grip? it's spring loaded and works by gripping the side of the case rather than adhesives.
@fuzzylumpkin: VERY much appreciated!
quick question please: do the grips' prongs stick up much on the screen side please?
do the prongs of the grip make it less convenient when using the screen?
thank you.
after my hand surgery, a Popsocket is literally a must to help me hold on to the phone securely.
@fuzzylumpkin: thanks for your comments. i'm confused -- what do you mean by "flat or round"?It doesn't interfere with my use at all, with the caveat that my hands are healthy.The sides of the grip don't stick up past the edge of the case at all really. Which S23 model are you getting? I'v got an Ultra with a official slim clear case (which is pretty much as thin as they come)coming on the 17th , so I'll be able to confirm how well it fits and whether you'll need the flat or round (I expect the flat, but you never know).
the alternative is a magsafe case as people have been talking about above and a magsafe PopSocket, which I am actually considering just because I like gadgets.
