The Speck case feels great on the phone. Plenty of grip with a slim profile. But wow, this phone is heavy, lol.

So my Speck Candyshell arrived today and my verdict is thumbs up.
It doesn't feel heavier or bulkier than my supcase hybrid even though it technically is. The gripability is much better since it has the soft rubber feel. The buttons have the soft rubber which is grippy. The buttons are considerably raised, have a slight click sound so you can tell each and every press as you adjust the volume. My Supcase buttons were very hard plastic feeling and almost flush which made it harder to distinguish between the case and the buttons as the whole side of the case is rigid plastic. Technically the side of the supcase is TPU but to me it's more like rigid plastic. All that made it harder to distinguish each press when pressing the volume buttons.
Since the soft rubber is on the back of the Speck, one handed operation is much better with the Speck. You can use your 3 middle most fingers on the back, pinky to support the bottom with ease and confidence of not dropping the phone, while typing with your thumb.
The biggest drawback is my Nexus logo and Aluminium is hidden.
How difficult is the Speck case to remove? I feel like it will offer protection from the phone bending but I have heard it can be very difficult to remove which might actually result in bending when taking it off. lol.

It is difficult, I normally take the top corners off First. Just don't hold the top (right) corner and bottom opposite ( left) corner and bend as that will be the most likely tweek the phone. Also a few times I just have to deal with the case turning the phone off or close to powering down since the case presses on the button as it is coming off.How difficult is the Speck case to remove? I've been using the thin fit case for nexus 6P from Spigen for weeks now and I actually like it. Very comfy to hold. I also bought the Spigen screen protector and it easily scratched when I put the phone in my pocket. I'm waiting for Zagg invisible shield to make a screen protector for the Nexus 6P.
I was skeptical at first because I was worried about the part around the visor being flimsy but after seeing a review on YouTube yesterday stating that it was really solid I believe I'll take the plunge. I just hope it works with my Ringke screen protectors and doesn't push them upJust wanted to add to the conversation. I got the Spigen Ultra Hybrid (Clear) and Spigen Rugged Armor (Black). I must admit, I am very happy with both cases. I think I like the Ultra Hybrid better just because it shows of the phone more. Both cases have good button feel and I'd imagine offer the same amount of protection.

FWIW I'm using a Yoozon tempered glass screen protector and it doesn't get in the way.
