Change Lollipop 5.1 Colour Theme from Orange :( Solutions?

[AC Question]

I have a Moto E mobile phone and recently updates OS to Lollipop 5.1. I had refused to before this and stuck with previous OS.

My Email theme is now a garish orange colour and there doesn't seem to be a way of changing it. I've searched the internet to no avail. Has there been any solutions to this?
I'm sure there must be others who disliked the colour themes as much as I have.
