Change the weather widget

Is there a way I can change the weather widget on the home screen to displaying the weather from the the app of my choice. The one that comes with the phone lists me just by county. There are few UK cities available to pick. I have the app on my homescreen (accuview) but I want it to be open in the display at the top??
