Checkpoints problems

I use an app called Checkpoints and loved it...till this morning.

They have suspended my account and said that I violated Terms of Use...I read the terms and not too sure where I validated.

I had over 26,000 points and was on my way to getting my son and iTouch for his birthday (costs 69,000) points

Does anyone else have issues with this app...is it a scam?

I think you are right, it is a scam. I had over 60000 checkpoints. I was trying for a Walmart gift card so I could get my kids a couple Christmas gifts this year. The last 2 years have been hard and I really wanted to surprise them with a couple of things. I was so hurt and disappointed when I opened the app one day to see they took all my points and coins that I have earned and suspended my account. They told me to start over. I was so careful as to not violate any terms of agreement because this was important to me..a way to make christmas somewhat happy for a change. I emailed them but they wouldn't even listen or even think for a minute that they were wrong. Its a scam. Anytime people get close to a great gift, they pull it away.
