Chinese popup every couple of minutes on android tv box

[Android Central Question]

Every couple of minutes a popup appears, looks like chinese writing

I have disabled all apps I do not need and disabled notifications for every app but it still apears can someone please tell me what is causing it and how to remove it

It's clearly some sort of system menu, but I'm not sure why it keeps coming up. Have you tried a factory reset?

Tried a reset yes but it still came back

Otherwise, there's probably not much else you can do. I doubt the company that makes the box provides any kind of customer support. This is one of the big disadvantages of buying one of these direct-from-China devices. I would recommend Chromecast with Google TV instead -- I have two, and they're excellent (and inexpensive).

I have the same box twice and it happens on one but not the other so cannot fogure out what is causing it. Even when remote not used it still pops up

I keep receiving this menu
I have no idea what it says
It keeps comping back after few seconds like around every minute or so
Can someone read it and tell me how to get rid of it?

I had some idea that maybe what stuff says. why does it keep popping up? how do I stop it?
I saw a similar post from someone on the xda forum, but no answer...
I wonder what's causing this because it interrupts whatever is playing, stays there for 3 or 4 seconds then I get the home menu
it didn't do it before
