Even without service, Android phones make great WiFi devices. You can do everything - take photos/videos, make voice calls, send SMS/MMS, interact on social media, watch video, listen to music, read ebooks, etc. Cellular service just fills in the gaps, if you are in a dense WiFi area. They also make great wireless displays for things like Raspberry Pi projects; just install a VNC or X Windows app, and you're off.
I like the case design finish on this device. It's beautiful.
Looks like the hardware sweet spot. Right size, right screen res, good battery, fingerprint scanner. What the Nexus 5X should've been, but for some reason wasn't.
What an awesome new piece of technology that wants to make its way in the world and is making a big impression! The style, form, and function are quite impressive. These are things I look for in a smartphone but never find all in ONE smartphone...until now. Way to go! Keep up the good work!
