CM7 and ICS theme?

Hey guys,
I'm sure this is a stupid question so try not to flame. I was wondering if it's possible to root my Bionic, install CM7 and then install the ice cream sandwich theme? Yes, I'm new to this whole rooting method but not new to computer's at all. Any help is greatly appreciated!

CM7 isn't available yet for bionic but they're working on it. Sit tight
