Phone is a Galaxy S23. So we have callers A, B, and C.
Caller A is hosting the conference call on the Galaxy S23. Caller B has another person call him so he switches over. At the end of Caller B's private conversation, he ends his call. Caller B's phone is completely hung up...no active calls.
However, Caller A still shows Caller B on the conference call...timer still counting. Caller B will call back to rejoin the conference call. Caller A answers and now cannot merge Caller B back into the conference call because he's still showing the previous call is connected.
On the screen, most other phones have options to drop individual calls and if a caller has ended, it gives an X to simply delete that name off the list of callers. This Galaxy S23 will not allow an option to drop the individual caller. If the "drop call" is selected, it hangs up on everyone on the call.
Is there a setting in the phone that can correct this?
