Today's big news from Verizon isn't Nexus One. They are going to charge $0 for mobile hotspot for Pre Plus. Damn, this is awsome. And I love WebOS, but not so much on the phone itself though.

It's looking like, if you wait a little while, you'll be able to scrape out the spare change in your couch and have enough to buy Palm (the company), if you want it.

This is actually good news. Price dropping of current products is usually followed by new products coming in that take their place. I'm thinking VZW is making way for something... incredible.

none of the phones when they were released were available early morning - remember they are all probably west coast companies so won't be up and do any announcing/releases until probably noonish EST

Again, I'll re-iterate. It's April 1st, no Nexus one and nothing after noon EST.

Case closed. I knew it wasn't going to be today, nor tomorrow, nor next week. Just sit back and wait till May 1st. It will be released "some time" in April. Either 4/13 or 4/20 (according to FB post on the Nexus fan page by VZW "source".. yea right).

I believe Verizon will release HTC Incredible first. And then quietly Google will update their website to have Verizon Nexus One. And I don't think Verizon will promote this phone, possibly Incredible will be their next Droid phone to promote. Think about it, they can't sell this phone in their store, they can't put Nexus One on the post and tell customer that we don't sell it on their store?

Agreed! Which is why they are showing inventory of the Incredible and not the Nexus One. I'm hopeful that Verizon made a deal with Google to sell the phone in store so we can check it out before purchasing. If not, then I wonder if Verizon will ever carry inventory of the Nexus One. Since Google is providing the phone while adding Verizon as a carrier, perhaps Google keeps the inventory and not Verizon.

Both phones look so awesomse and I can hardly wait, and if the Incredible comes out weeks, months in advance of the Nexus One then I agree folks wont be able to hold out much longer. Perhaps the suprise that is forcoming is that both phones will be available on the same day and the Nexus One will have a demo phone in store to check out.

Agreed 100%! Really whichever phone comes out first, I think the other will suffer when (if) it comes out later. People are literally screaming for either phone and once one comes available, everyone is going to pounce on it. Me included!

I'm starting to get the feeling that in the prelim stages of discussion back in jan the talks were never final and verizon had the notion that they would be able to sell it in stores...now that that is not the case there will be no nexus one since neither company will budge and we will simply be getting the incredible which will be sold in stores, just how verizon likes it! this is all starting to sound way to similar to why the iphone was never put on big red....verizon make it happen and stop being so hard headed you are pissing everyone off and only hurting yourself

Even if Nexus One and Incredible come out on same day, Incredible will out sell Nexus One by alot. Verizon will never promote Nexus One instead Incredible is their feature phone to promote, just like Droid. Honestly, not many people know about Nexus One. And even more people are not going to spend their money on something that they never tested it out. Incredible will be on Verizon store as well as Best Buy. And spec will be same as Nexus One but have better camera, megapixel doesn't mean anything though just sounds good on paper.

Google would not have advertised (and would not continue to advertise) Verizon as getting the Nexus One if it wasn't a sure thing. VZW is getting it, and the only question is when.

Okay so it has been a long 10 days waiting for the Nexus One to release.......10 days since the 23rd and there are too many days to count that I waited for the 23rd to show up. I am tired of waiting. I have all the accessories and am just waiting for the phone to come out. I am no longer going to make any guesses or get my hopes up. The phone will come out when the phone comes out.

When I made the decision to get the N1 I immediately gave up on my Blackberry and posted it oin Craigslist and found someone who would trade me their Eris for my Storm 2. I love the Android experience and it has just made me crave the best of it and have been looking forward to the N1.

I am tired of waiting, searching, posting, reading, etc...... Just tell me when it is coming out, let me pre order it, something...

No kidding. I have the t-mobile N1 and want to know NOW when the VZW version is coming out. I want VZW's speed, and they need to announce a sale date ASAP.
