connection error?

Has anyone else come across this? I am with T-Mobile (US) and I have the STV100-1.
And when I call someone and if the don't answer I don't get the answering system of the other caller. My call is terminated and the message in the picture appears! Any one know why?

While you wait for an answer in this forum, try contacting your carrier. There is also a complimentary year of support from BlackBerry directly. The toll free number is on a card in the box your PRIV came in.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. It was in an area with poor signal cellular and wifi.
