Connectivity issue between zenwatch 2 & note 7

Im having a problem with my new zen 2 paired with my samsung note 7. When i first vet it paired everything is good. I get all my notices for email, texts, whatsapp, and others. After a period of time I'll notice my phone is getting messages thag arent showing on the watcb. It shows that its synced and if i look at the android wear or zenwatch manager they both show its connected. Tbe only thing that fixes it is if I restart the watch.
 
I'm having the same problem, have reset the phone and watch several times and it will always revert to losing the connection (either completely or intermittently)
