Contacts - show business AND contact

I mostly use my phone for business, and need to be able to see both business names and the contact name when someone calls or if I'm looking for someone. But as it is, if I put the contact name in the "Name" field and the business name under "Work Info" then all that shows when they call or int he main list is the contact name.

Is there a way to get both to show?

What I remember is that while the call is incoming, I see the name and number of the caller. While on the call, I see the name static on top of the screen and the number and work info alternating below that. I'm not aware of any setting that would allow you to accomplish what you want.
