Content filter app

Can anyone recommend a free or low-cost content filter. Let's just say I have an checkered history and I would like to be completely honest on all my surfing. It should meet two requirements: Can't uninstall it without a password and filters all content coming into the phone.

Did you ever find anything?
We have the same issue and need a similar solution - since Verizon apparently doesn't offer Content Filtering on any 4G phone.

No, I never found any software to do what I wanted. I don't think anything really exists right now to do that, so I will just wait. And pray harder.

Umm...I'd say just use a browser with Incognito Mode, for your uh, umm, "secret searches"...
