Did Krav Maga Cardio Kickboxing in Portland, Oregon. Approximately 50 minutes non-stop. Incorporates crossfit and P90x type body weight exercises at the beginning and the end. At the beginning they are called "warm up". At the end, they are called 9 minutes of hell, mainly due to the added plyometrics. In between is the bag work, where Krav Maga self defense fighting techniques are incorporated. All tolled, about an 800 to 1000 calorie burn. Three times a week. Yeah, baby.

I've been working out every day for the past few weeks now trying to get my dad to exercise because he's overweight ~ 320Ibs. Every day I use the stationary bike for 15min for some cardio, and then work out the rest of my body. A DAY: Biceps, back, trapezoids. B DAY: Chest, shoulders, triceps. I workout my core every day. My dad has seen the hard work I put into working out and now he's on board!

standing over head press:
85 x 5
95 x 5
115 x 5
120 x 5
85 x 10 - three sets

Curls:
60lbs x 10 - 3 sets
Skll crushers:
60lbs x 10 - 3 sets
Tricep push downs:
70lbs x 10 - 3 sets

run 3 miles @ 8 minute pace

never quit!

Edit: I guess my pebble wasn't finished syncing when I originally posted this. I actually walked 6932 steps.

I walked 4440 steps on Monday (about 1.9 miles) as measured by my pebble.

It's not a smart device, but I assume the excercise still counts. (It's a pedometer provided by my company that automatically syncs to our internal network and uploads data to our health and wellness site.)

Now if I can only not overeat!

I did 50 minutes of P90X's Cardio X, including warm up. I tracked my workout and caloric intake using MyFitnessPal Calorie Counter app for Android (Yes, they have it for IPhone also). Its and awesome app that works great, plus, its FREE for those who want to try some sort of fitness app or help counting calories. Stay fit my friends, and like that commercial says, "A body at rest tends to stay at rest... And a body in motion tends to stay in motion." I hope I got that right. :D

I was alpine skiing from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and spent 35miles downhill on the slope with a difference in altitude of 34500 feet. That was a great workout!
I amusing iSki App for Android to capture my data.

I haven't rowed in a while, but I ran 30 minutes to my coaching session at the school I used to race for... Chased the kids around the river in a dinghy and ran their trials... did a quick ergo sprint to see how low I can get my splits... then ran 30 minutes home... this was after I rode 90km the day before with one water bottle between two people -> dumb idea.

I actually kicked off my training for the Illinois Half Marathon and Grandma's Marathon in June. My first three workouts:
Monday Feb 4 - 8.5 miles easy
Tuesday Feb 5 - 5 mile tempo run followed by 4 X 1 mile repeats then 1 mile cool down.
Wed Feb 6 - 8 mile easy to medium run.
