Could physical keyboards be an ADA issue?

Some people just prefer physical keyboards but others, like me, have medical issues that make virtual keyboards useless.

I am using an old phone running ICS because I can't find a newer/better phone with a physical, qwerty keyboard. I can find a nice new phone that has settings for hearing impairment, visual impairment, and even color blindness.
The phone stores just tell me to use voice recognition. So if I am someplace that isn't too noisy and I don't mind everyone hearing what I am doing, it will sort of work part of the time.

I am not greatly disabled but cell phones are making me feel like a freak.
