Crackling buzzing noise from camera

I've read elsewhere online this is a known issue with S6 and Note 5 phones. My Note 5 occasionally has a crackling buzzing sound when I'm accessing the camera app. Curious how many others are affected. I don't have the additional insurance Tmobile offered to send a new device. $20.

I sure do experience this but I'm quite hesitant to turn it in to samsung (don't have warranty coverage under at&t). Anyone knows if this is ignored will it result in failure to use the camera? I can live with the occasional noise.

I don't have the extra insurance either and Tmobile only charges $20.

I don't know of what it is but I'm going to my T-Mobile store. They saidntheyd get a warranty replacement in I just pay a $20 process fee when I pickup. I get to keep this until then

Well, I got my warranty replacement and only paid $20. It's in perfect condition and has no camera nor any other issues. Very happy.

How long was the turn around in repairs? Do you know what exactly was repaired/replaced?

I didn't have to wait for repairs. It was a manufacture defect so they ordered a replacement up front. That arrived within 3 to 4 days and I had my original phone during that time. When it arrived I went to the store and swapped it out

Nice. My experience will be different since I have to go through Samsung for the one year warranty coverage since I don't have replacement coverage under AT&T.
