custom rom charge question

I installed gummycharged rom 1.85 and voodoo fix on wife's charge, wanted to install altered beast alpha rom, do I disable voodoo lag fix first or can I just flash through cwm? Also if I wanted to go back to stock do I just flash the modem ed2 stock package via odin ? Do I have to diable lag fix first or any suggestions.

I just came from Ab v5 to Gummycharged 1.8. 5 using the voodoo kernal. Just flashed the rom in cwm.

did you notice anything different from alterbeast and gummycharged? which do you like better?
