I applied for the discount code on 2 different emails, a minute or two after 12:00PM Eastern time. I received the confirmation email for both almost immediately, within a couple of minutes. The actual code came for one of them at 12:48PM EST, and the second came at 1:14PM EST.

I'm only using one. I applied for 2 in case I didn't get one or something, but I ended up getting both. I'd be glad to share my backup code, but I'm not sure if the code is tied to the email.

I also applied for the coupon code right at 11am CT. Never received a confirmation email or a coupon. I applied again 20 minutes or so later and it said something like "We already have your email in our database, you will be getting a coupon shortly". Still nothing... I will be calling Motorola before the day is over if I still haven't received it. This sucks since I have been waiting for this sale for at least a month.

I had been waiting on a Nexus 6, but the Moto X looks to be the better buy anyway, especially with the code.

I'm also waiting for the Nexus 6. In fact, I was finally able to place an order for a 32GB CW just this afternoon from Google Play. The Moto X is for my wife. Lucky me: I'll get to play with both devices!

On the east coast in Boston, registered, Web page went to the thanks for registering, wait for email....... No email yet. I called, told to wait till morning, I was told my email addy was in & that they were slowly responding. Seems that ran out within the hour. Really wish they could do it otherwise. Fingers crossed!

I dunno how they are making the buying experience difficult. They are giving you a coupon that lets you save $140 and all you have to do is a wait a few hours. As I said earlier I'm using a Droid 2 right now and I understand I have to wait.
