when trying to download music off pepuko or other apps i get database or io error.

Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Are you downloading with a browser on a mobile website, or with a dedicated app?

yes both wifi and mobile data. and its an app

Which apps specifically? Is Pepuko an app?

yes pepuko music is an app, also music download paradise but when searching for a song it comes up with random weird stuff. But i have tried nearly available app i can find. Its only thing I am having this issue with on my phone.

I don't know about Pepuko, but I believe Music Paradise might have run afoul of copyright infringement, so their server might not be active any more (or it might be limited).
