its one of those things that take about 45 minutes into the compile to see if its fixed since i have to clean everything for the new config to work. I hope I got it this time but even if I do it would be another 2 hours+ for a public release so go to bed and maybe you will have a present in the morning.

Doesn't it suck... lol that's why i just didn't care. Just paid all the bills two of my roommates work at taco bell and I'm working two jobs for that. If i didn't cars to fix once in a while i wouldn't have spending money. Good thing is I'm almost done fixing the stealth, once its done I'm selling the ***** and getting another one...

first off, love the rom.....secondly, a question, nothing major: anyone else notice that the speakerphone audio isn't as loud and clear as with the stock rom? i've tried using LVH, and it doesn't seem to make a difference

libaudio was working fine for me before the release a few hours ago, but it still works now so hopefully those who had issues with audio quality wont have them anymore, picky picky

gps, still not actually searching, though the fix of menu>>directions, still does work.

zoom function does work, though i don't believe it's accurate as far as showing how much the camera has zoomed, could be wrong, and it is labeled as incomplete so no surprise there's something thats not 100%

I was already set up for SMS split, so i don't know if this changed those settings or not.

joakyno did and we're still stuck on how to fix it, but this does seem to be a problem that only affects a few phones so there is probably a setting somewhere thats interfering.

Hi All,

I'm new to the Optimus S (A veteran of the Heroc. I have managed to root it with some much appreciated help from this forum. I managed to flash a new recovery (CWM 3.0.0.6). I have also been able to flash the aosp CM7 ROM from xda-developers (even though it is built for the Optimus V). It works with a couple of quirks. The Home and Menu buttons are swapped (fixed by editing the key mapping, the Home screen and Notification pull down say "Virgin Mobile", etc.

Somebody there pointed out that there was a CM7 ROM for the Optimus S over here, so here I am. I tried flashing this ROM and it appears that this ROM is not using the updated video drivers from the ZVC release. This poses a problem for the newer Optimus' as the older display drivers do not work with them. Are there any plans on updating this ROM to use the display drives from ZVC?

NOTE : Everything works, but you cannot see anything on the screen, so it's a little hard to use ;-)
