This is an issue with the LG phones Sprint is working on

The current Options are ...
1) Deal with it until Sprint releases an update we incorporate into the ROM
2) Buy a name brand card thats at least class 2 (sandisk, Kingston) or any card (non-name brand) at least class 6 or higher.

You can typically find a class 6 8gb card for $15ish. I purchased a class 10 8gb for $25 and problem solved.

Ok still having a battery drain while unplugged 7% drain in 20 mind with the phone just sitting there. Only added apps after rom flash are tapatalk, astro file manager, cachemate, advanced task killer and absolute system

Read the first two post, you have a task killer remove it that's the drain you don't need task killers.

Edit- just to add to that, if you need to kill a process that bad go into the settings,applications,manage applications.

I know it doesn't exactly help you with your problem, but as a baseline I've had mine off the charger for the last 30 minutes and I'm still showing a 100% battery.

Read the first two post, you have a task killer remove it that's the drain you don't need task killers.

Edit- just to add to that, if you need to kill a process that bad go into the settings,applications,manage applications.

Just my own 2cents....I've found the battery on this ROM to be outstanding. I can go all day with HEAVY HEAVY usage. The best I've personally seen on Android since I've been in the game. I'm getting an Optimus for my wife because of how impressed I am with this ROM.

top -m 5 -n 1 <--run that command three times post the print out.

Just my own 2cents....I've found the battery on this ROM to be outstanding. I can go all day with HEAVY HEAVY usage. The best I've personally seen on Android since I've been in the game. I'm getting an Optimus for my wife because of how impressed I am with this ROM.

Don't blame a rom for a bad sdcard. You might just need to format the sdcard for it to work. In two years I've very flashed a rom and had it kill a sdcard because all it does is read from the sdcard when flashing.

Not blaming the ROM necessarily, but I've flashed new ROMs on my device a dozen+ times now so I'm familiar with the process. I have a name brand card (replaced the stock LG card that came with the phone). After I updated the ROM it took a little longer than usual to do the initial boot and then got a corrupted SD card. Not saying the ROM did it, but all I did was flash ROM and reboot so not sure what else it could have been.

Formatted SD card since then and still having one or two SD card mounting issues. Going to try to reformat again, but seems like others (holangja1) are having similar problems. Perhaps its the standard SD issues that have popped up before and reformatting again will solve the problem, but figured it was worth noting.

let me say sorry if i came off kind of mean sounding. I just didn't want people that are new to this see that and think they were going to brick their sdcard if they flashed. Thanks for noting the problem but like stated earlier,it's a known issue with optimus. I have had the problem before and tracked it down to something they did if i know exactly how to fix it i would cause if you read back several pages ive killed plenty of sdcards in testing things.

Gallery

Has anyone had trouble with the gallery? For some reason it is not loading all the pictures. Most of them come up as blank slides. I can do a slide show and see all of them just fine, but as a group - like looking at 45 pics in an album - they are not visible. Any fixes out there?

I have had a problem since I flashed 1.6. Every now and again, I go to press the power button, and only the buttons on the bottom light up. I have to hold the power button, and it goes to the box that pops up during power off, and I hit the power button to cancel, and then just go on like normal. Anyone else having this issue?

Been using ThundeROM since 1.3. My phone did not like 1.6, but 1.6.2 seems fine. I have gotten a few force closes, which I very rarely got in the past. Could the OC cause that?

Im going to check this out more your not the first.

Try wiping just cache,something in there is probably doing it.
