Is there a way to make a flashable zip file for the just this notification bar? Maybe not possible due to different icon colors as they relate to the rest of the theme?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. Is there another theme you would like it applied to though?

After flashing the stock optimus-s launcher, some navigation causes a new menu: Complete action using Launcher or LG Home. Which of these should be used and why?

After flashing the stock optimus-s launcher, some navigation causes a new menu: Complete action using Launcher or LG Home. Which of these should be used and why?

You now have two launchers installed. That menu allows you to choose which 1 you want to use. Lg home is the launcher that came with reborn rom. Launcher is the stock optimus s launcher.

If you check the box at the bottom of that menu you can set 1 of them to be your default launcher , and you won't have to choose each time.

I also recommend Home Switcher from the market, so you can switch back and forth if you like.

I had a feeling multiple launchers was the case. I'll eventually check out the Home Switcher app. For now, just rolled back to the Retouched theme/LG stock launcher.

That is my plan..... at least for a few of these and new ones too.

I've got some non-android responsibilities to tend to for the next couple months, but I'm going to try to squeeze in some time here and there for CM7 themes.
