Deciding on a case

Normally i will wait for my phones come and then buy the case ,that seems to be more choice for the case then.

I have my clear with black frame Ringke case and picked up a decent wallet case from my carrier store the other night. I'll take pics of them when I get a chance. Also a slim style 5100 MaH portable Samsung charger.

I was at a carrier store and I picked up a Bodyguardz case as a secondary case to the supcase unicorn beetle pro I have on the way. but I decided to bite th bullet and order the ringke fusion case. I'm going to return this one, because I don't like that the case doesn't really have a way to distinguish the buttons. they're all very flush with the rest if the device and I don't want to keep hitting the Bixby button.

Does the speck grip work well with tempered glass?

I was at a carrier store and I tested the Speck clear case and it fit just fine with my Whitestone Dome Glass protector. With that being said, keep in mind, not all glass or cases for that matter are cut the same, so it really will vary.

I had to trim back some of the corners of my Ringke case to fit with my screen protector so it doesn't push up on the glass. By doing so, I saved myself some $$ by not getting the Speck or Casemate cases. They're really sharp looking cases, but really pricey IMO.

I chose these 3, got them like 2 weeks to 10 days before I even got the Note 8.
The blue one is thick, great looking and great for work.
The black one is very thin, it's like a skin on my phone; very slick, great feel and look.
The white one is right in between. And has that cutout for the plate for my magnetic car holder.
All 3 look and feel great!

Look nice! I'm upset because I can't find my thinner clear case, so the two road bike rides this weekend I had no case on it in the handlebar holder Hoping the case is at work. I found every other case including all the older ones from a few previous phones. I've got a Defender and a Wallet style thing design case it has two simple card slots, though I haven't out cards in it.

I like the case a lot. It's perfect for my.handlebar mount on my road bike and slides easily into pockets when on the go. Here are some more detailed picks. Currently have a Defender case on it which I LOVE

bought the official Samsung alcantara black case today. very happy, the first case that I have used that's Improved the feel of a phone! Protects the rear of the phone and doesn't add much bullk.

I like the Defender best so far. Have that and a Caseology clear. I want the UAG red one too.

Yes have UAG for 7 plus and really like it. May try one. Dunno lol. Can't go to case crazy this time
