Declined on trade in because of BS reason that simply isn't true

Yeah, when a factory reset isn't really a factory reset. Who knew?

PS: *You are a bad influence. I just told myself a few days ago that I was going to try to and hold on to my Note for a year. **I've been buying way too many phones.

Not a fan of the Pixel 3 at all. Way too small. I just wanted to see what all the fuss about the camera was and hated the notch of the XL.

*Thank you.
** There is no such thing as "way too many phones" anymore than there is "way too much chocolate"

I work at an ecommerce company that sells all sorts of cell phones and 9 times out of 10 the customers "factory resets" the phone before removing their accounts and it is always locked to their Google accounts. Factory resetting before removing the accounts will keep your Google account locked to the device. I have lost count with how many times I had to contact customers in removing their accounts from these devices

*Thank you.

You're welcome and maybe if you said gummy bears, swedish fish or something similar I could agree. Not a big chocolate girl but I love gummy candy.

love sour patch gummy candy, and similar things that contain sugar. Caramels are awesome too.

So let me get this straight -- Samsung rejected the phone because it had turned into a gummi bear. Got it.
