Purchased a new S6 Edge less than a month ago. Yesterday, the phone was just setting there not being used and it shut down and then restarted. It did this continually in rapid succession for hours while it got VERY hot! I couldn't shut it off or pull the battery. Nothing could be done with a soft restart or a hard restart. The phone was non-responsive. Contacted and returned the phone to Samsung after first going back to Best Buy where I purchased the phone. Best Buy was no help at all. This experience was very disappointing considering it's Samsung's flagship phone, what it cost, and it was less than a month old. If I had to do this all over again, I would not buy the phone. I had to reactivate a previous cell phone. No S6 for about 2 weeks. Not sure I even want to use it when it comes back.
