yeah thats why I am trying to put the kabosh on this because it was of DaBlackMamba's graciousness to leak out the info he did in this thread and I would hate to have it locked due to some infantile psychotic spouting off his crazy babble.

I was merely stating my opinion on the matter of the Bionic's specs when I was violently attacked. I didn't start this, I was just defending myself.

like i said before its not that its sense of humor thats an issue is more so that I don't want this thread locked due to his comments straying way left of the topic of conversation. A thought: Given that the phone which is now the bionic was likely already planned before the old bionic was scrapped (The Targa), why would Motorola plan to put out this phone unless it had a descent amount of specs better than the bionic? If it all it has is 500mb more ram, then it's pretty much the same phone and I don't see the point of them having planned to put it out. Think this might be an indication that it will have better specs than just the ram?

Different processor possibly larger battery. It was revisions they used most of the sspecs from the original and tweaked some others.

If this phone was already planned before the old Bionic got scrapped, then they weren't "revising" anything. They just said that for people who didn't already know about the Targa so it wouldn't look like they just scrapped the bionic.

No, this is some of our frustration with motorola. This is how they do business.

You can tell from the camera plate on the old Targa and new Bionic pictures that it is the same phone. The quad core **** was just people blowing smoke.

Generally speaking, each phone release from Motorola since the OG Droid either was a pretty good spec upgrade from their previous phone release, or it had some physical difference (Like a keyboard) warranting its release even if its specs were not better than the previously released phone.
